Lync 2013 Presence IM not working OWA .

we have two Pools Pool A and Pool B.

Pool A has trusted application server for exchange 2010 Sp3 and from pool A it is working IM and presence in OWA.

But from Pool B it is not working able to see local users presence when tried to IM  it is getting failed and get below error message

This message couldn't be delivered to all recipients because some recipients are offline or don't want to be disturbed.

Tried with the checking ports 5061,5062,443 and 5062 but seems all working (By telnet) might be not be cert issue due it is working in another pool. tried to get SIP stack message but not got much info from the logs SIP/2.0 504 Server time-out and Component="RTCC/5.0.0.0_UCWA/5.0.0.0";Reason="Application accepts invitations via static registration only."; Any Thoughts on this ? for the cross pool OWA Integration works on which ports ? (443,5061-5076 or defined in trusted application creation)

Ensured that the Certificate Thumbprint matches on all the servers in both the Pools.

On the Exchange server, check the Intermediate and the Root certificate exists.

Check the Certificates are enabled for all purposes.

We added trusted application server in the Pool A, In this scenario does it required to check Thumbprint on both pools.

Checked on Exchange server Intermediate and the Root certificate exists and it is working for one pool means it should be ok for root and Intermediate certificate side.

I'm getting below error messages also
